Modules Design
The module is designed in accordance with IEC61215:1993 standards manufactured with proven materials and tested to ensure the stable output power to give more than 10 years guarantee of service performance.
Modules materials selected
Cells: mono or multi crystalline silicon solar cells, size: 125mm X 125mm or 103mm x 103mm. Anti reflection film is Silicon Nitride formed with PECVD, color is dark blue. The efficiency is above 15.0%.
Modules frame: Meet the international standard requirements. High quality undersized Aluminum material, the Oxidized Aluminum film thickness on the surface is 25u thickness. the frame have 4 pairs of screws for fixing and one screw one the back is for earth connection.
Tempered Glass: For our product, tempered low iron glass provides both better impact resistance and better light transmission, allowing the generation of more electricity.
Laminating materials: EVA is imported, long lasting, TPT material is also imported, and weather proofed.
Junction Box: Junction box is designed for on grid application for the international market.  The outside of the box is made of high quality PP material with good insulation; the terminal material is copper alloy with silver plated. Each box has two by pass diodes for reducing burning spots. Each box is well sealed and water proofed.
